What You Need :- Jailbroken iPhone with Cydia, WiFi or Internet Connection for your iPhone.
How To Do :- Open Cydia on Your iPhone and Go to Manage >> Sources >> Edit >> Add
After that You Can see a Small Window Named " Enter Cydia/APT URL "
On that Blank Type " http://www.i.danstaface.net/debi/"
Then Click Add Source >> Confirm
and Cydia will Automatically Download a Source, After the Download Open that Source Named " i.danstaface.net " and Click on " vWallpaper2 for ....." and Click the One that Available for your iOS.
After that You will see an Icon on your iPhone Screen, Click that and Manage Your Wallpaper!
